「Bonjour, Un bémol à ajouter à mon commentaire : il serait souhaitable d'indiquer que l'ascenseur ne s'arrête qu'aux demi-étages; heureusement que j'ai eu l'aide complaisante et fort aimable d'autres clients de l'hôtel, à l'arrivée et au départ, car mes problèmes dorsaux m'interdisent tout effort physique de ce style ! Lors de mes réservations, le critère le plus important dans ma sélection est, justement, l'ascenseur. La galanterie existe encore et ça m'a sauvé la vie..........sinon ??」
