「It was a quiet place to stay. I had came in town for an emergency with my 4 year old and 7month baby. All hotels was sold out for July 4th in the area. The outside of the house is a little Sketchy but once inside I felt safe because there were three security locks to each door and the rooms were double locked. I only came to sleep and during the day I was gone mostly. I would recommend just bringing your own towel and wash cloth and soap lol. But I would definitely recommend someone to stay here...

「I booked this place months in advance. The day of, the host sends me a message to call him to discuss the reservation. He provides no phone number. After looking and finding the number, I call him. He tells me there is an issue with the 'tenant' and the location has changed. I ask him if the new place is compatible and he assures me it is. He tells me he will send the new location shortly. It is now about 9:40am. Noon time comes around and I have not heard back from him so I message again....

「It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.」

「Sketchy neighborhood. Did not feel safe. Absolutely no parking available. Every space filled for blocks around property. Called landlord and told to just drive around until a space opens up. Did not even go inside room.」

「BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. I was asked to text a copy of my ID to some random number with no clue who would have access to my private information. The booking was “non-refundable”. After 20 plus...

「Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service 」

「The bathroom was a mess and back up, the entire rooms smell like urine and the towel were dirty the bed linen cause me to end up at the doctor after leaving the property. The experience was awful.」

「I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. 」

「This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.」
