「The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. Clean towels had to be requested at the front desk. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but unable to address/resolve the issue. In my 60+ years of business/personal travel, this was a first time experice. So, I do count myself fortunate; however, I will not plan another stay at Home2 Suites. My son had a much worse experience during this same timeframe, same hotel, which also involved downright unnecessary rudeness from on-site...
