"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "Fantastic stay! The family-run chalet is amazing, ideally located near the ski lifts, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The team are so accommodating to any needs. The breakfast was lovely, and the dinners were just as enjoyable. The sauna was great, and while the pool was slightly cold, it was still nice to use. I would definitely come again."
