everything was fine, but I forgot my iPhone charger plugged in in the room, and it wasn.t returned to me, I called the same day I left the room to let them now , and they told me that the cleaning staff hadn't reported anything, I called the next day, and it was the same

The staff was great, but the hotel is old and outdated. While the rooms were clean, the sheets and pillows seemed extremely worn from overuse. They should be replaced, and the rooms need some upgrades.
