Treated like we are family!

We had the best time at Waters Edge! Jay and Win are the best hosts and we couldn't help but make permanent friends with them - they treated us like family. Jay had fresh fruit and breakfasts ready for us every morning. We hope to come back to Jamaica and see our friends at Water's Edge. Joe and Laura

I enjoyed the quiet area, a car is a must. The owner Peter looked after us personally and has a driver Robert. Our room was beautiful with full view of ocean. It was very reasonable compared to hotels.

This is a beautiful place right on the water. The staff is excellent. They even cooked a personalized breakfast for us. The manager was very accommodating and made sure we had arrangements for transportation. Would definitely recommend this property to anybody visiting Jamaica

Very nice hotel to stay at with a friendly owner. My wife and I had a very nice time. The owner was very helpful and went far and beyond to make our state pleasant. The only thing is the hotel needs more snacks. A vending machine with lots of snacks would be ideal.

I must say that: the ambiance was spectacular! Also, the surroundings were filled with tranquility. It was the perfect place to be if you wanted to just sit back and ease your mind. We were pleased with our stay. It is a beautiful villa, the name says it all because you're right on the edge of the water. The staff and management was friendly and helpful with directions activities, and whatever we needed. The location was perfect, and the view is amazing. The sunset and sun rise is absolutely beautiful and if you get up early enough in the morning you'll see dolphins right outside the window it was amazing can't wait to go back. I would definitely recommend this villa!

The staff was amazing. This is not your fancy all inclusive hotels. This place is more like visiting the family that you love to be around. The hospitality was A1. To look out of any window or door and get an amazing view of the ocean was very relaxing for me. It is the break away from reality that you need to reset your mind, total relaxation there. No pressure and the staff was always willing to help.

Hotel did not seem fully ready yet for guests. The shower in my room did not work. Things seemed like they were still doing work to fix the place up. The location is fairly remote, from Montego Bay.

At first I was pissed off per photos and reality. Once reality kicked in I enjoyed Peter and Jay, great hospitality and amazing people! Peter and Jay made us feel like family. Jay thought me recipes and techniques to bring back to the states to share with my family. I actually plan on going back next year with my whole family and renting out most of the rooms. Great guest house for personal events, or great family trip without congregated setting. Thank you Peter and Jay.
