There was no hot water in the shower, no lights in the hallway, bathroom sink or kitchen, the kitchen stove did not work and was rusted, there was a broken washing machine in the kitchen, no lights in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower in the dark), the patio door didn't lock, the air conditioners filter was completely clogged. The lights in the entire apartment were too bright. The host was attentive via what's app and she admitted that the unit needed overdue repairs. The unit that I stayed in should have NEVER been rented out. Clearly they didn't care about the condition of the apartment and was only taking the tourist money. You get what you pay for I guess. Other than that, the Queens restaurant had amazing food and the pool and beach area were beautiful.

The Oceanview was prefect. Allowed me to stay for an additional tonight with discount. Neighbors very friendly and helpful. The pool stays open 24 hours. Need a pass to get on the beach which locks at 6 pm. The Restaurant was great not over priced menu. There's a bar/gift shop on the premise.
