On 7.19.25, there was no water. I called the front desk and was told the engineer was evaluating the issue. I mentioned my daughter has severe eczema and inquired how long this would be a problem, I was told, "I don't know." I suggested they ask the manager, but I was put on hold then transferred to guest services. I went to the front desk and spoke with the MOD Denton, who said he didn't know my room was without water. Then another hotel guest approached the front desk and reported they were without water, the staff was taken aback. Then Bergili (incorrect spelling) claimed there was no water in all of Montego Bay, but he later acknowledged he lacked evidence to support his assertion. Winsome, the General Manager, intervened and said the water tank only needed to be switched. Overall, bathroom in my room was not the cleanest (mold in tile) and the hotel is outdated; customer service is poor.
