「Shower had mold all along the bottom and the shower smelled. You can hear all the street noise at all hours of the night, as well as the church bells starting at 7am. Parking is a nightmare. The streets are extremely narrow. Owner was rude, not helpful or understanding. Owner also lied and said that you can’t hear the bells in the room when we called, but once we checked in, he said you could hear the bells in the room. The owner did nothing about the mold in the shower. Left at 12:30am to a...

「The pool is nice so are the lands. The property is close to Oasis Bidderosa which is beautiful. The rooms are big however without much decoration or charm. The bathroom is very outdated. The staff in the breakfast area is very friendly. Breakfast is basic and the area very simple. There is no restaurant. The staff at the reception is almost never there, they can be reached via whatsapp though. The hotel is more a motel. Good for one night stay when travelling south but not recommended for longer...

「Stunning views, but that’s what you’re paying for. To be honest the place has great potential but it’s super worn down and not taken care of. Maybe it’s because we visited during off season but the furniture/couches outside were both dirty and broken, the rooms were ok clean, but low standard with things breaking and iffy heating. You will struggle if you don’t speak Italian as the personell barely speak English. It’s not 24/7 reception so we had issues at 01 am with people from the camping...
