When we asked we were told we were told that it did not include those items as our room was a category basic. My recommendation at the minimum they should have a 30ml bottle of these items in each room. "

"One employee had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her every time we had a question.... It was hard to find cold water. There was hardly ever any ice water in the lobby and when it was out it was always empty. "

"No ventilation or AC working. It was turned off. However with sun exposure during the day it got very warm in the room. Listing indicated AC was available. Good location. Price point is a little high for this hotel. Elevator needs upgrade. Long wait times. Staff are very nice. "
