"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

When we arrived, the apartment was clean and the second room with the kitchenette was a nice, cozy space with a sofa that converts into a bed, which was a nice feature. However, there were several issues during our stay. We were a party of four, but there were only enough towels provided for two people. "This resort is spectacular, the grounds are wonderful and well maintained, the rooms are spacious with the great views. Ideally located on Lugano lake and within a 20 minute drive to Menaggio which is a great gateway to Lake Como. We don’t like going to the same location twice…We are already talking about our next trip back to Parco San Marco. If you have kids between the ages of 3-10 don’t miss on this resort. Their staff is the best we’ve ever come across. Could not figure out if it was a hiring process that was exceptional or the management…Or both…But the staff really cares and treats you like family. Special shout out to Claudio di Monopoli (Apuglia), he was single handily the best person in"

"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning which was great with the hot weather we could experience during our stay. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast with a great buffet selection in an beautiful setting. housekeeping was friendly and made a good job during our stay, always trying to make sure the room is tidy and clean and adjusted to our time schedule. We had a balcony with great view over the pool, lake and mountains. The hotel had an amazing gym for a hotel, which my son and husband enjoyed very much. I think they would have enjoyed a more friendly and passionate staff there, but It was overall a very pleasant stay and we will be definitely be back."

"We were very happy with our stay at LUGANODANTE. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, the train, and waterfront. They also have parking onsite which was very convenient. All the employee we met were extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the Mixology drinks and the breakfast buffet was first rate."

"An amazing view and a brilliant hotel. They gave us two connecting rooms for our family of 4 and it was a lot of room. No air conditioning which meant it was hot but they provided fans. The pizza on site was amazing for dinner that night. The drive up to it can be scary as very sharp turns and a lot of incline. Only thing that I could complain about was the breakfast as there was no options for any of us to eat. The waiter said that there was a delivery problem but it meant no croissants, no anything really apart from some old hard bread and some scrambled eggs. Was very disappointed with that."

"This was an overnight stop on our way to Italy. The hotel was very quiet despite close proximity to the motorway. The staff were really helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. Nice views over the surrounding hills. No tea/coffee in the room but a station off reception with free water, tea and coffee. There was no breakfast in the hotel but a croissant was provided in the morning and if someone wants a larger breakfast then the buffet restaurant next to the hotel is available. Also, hotel guests receive a 20% discount on a meal there and there was a fair choice of food to suit most people. We would definitely be happy to stay there again, particularly with the cost of Swiss accommodation which can be much more expensive if you’re not planning on spending more time there"
