"The hotel is visually beautiful and the staff were kind, especially Elvis, who tried to assist with multiple room issues and did something thoughtful for my birthday. However, my stay was impacted by several maintenance problems: the room was very warm and humid, the A/C was not guest-controlled and did not work properly during my stay, multiple outlets were unreliable, and the shower leaked badly enough to soak the carpet outside the bathroom. The wet carpet later created an unpleasant smell in the room. I appreciated the staff’s efforts, but I wish I had been offered a room change given the number of issues, especially since I was visiting for my birthday after such a long flight."

"We stayed here before our flight back home and were extremely happy with both the staff and the hotel. The room was cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a later flight and the staff were kind enough to let us use the facilities for a few hours before our departure. The terrace is beautiful and the pool was a highlight for sure. A bit farther from the city, but not far by car and if you enjoy walking, it is nice. Overall, really enjoyed our stay here and this hotel is very modern and nice!"
