「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「Our stay was fair. I was there for a business trip. The owner initially refused to give me a receipt because I booked through Expedia but payment went to them. They eventually gave it to me. I needed it for a business expense. The washing machines were both down. The area is being remodeled. Flies were evrywhere from garbage. And someone was blasting music 2 doors down from us. The toilet got clogged, I asked for a plunger, at first thy did not know what I was talking about. 」

「I was a little iffy about this hotel in the beginning, never having stayed at a Fairfield Inn before but I was pleasantly surprised, especially at this price point. The staff was friendly, hotel was up to par and clean and it was in a nice location. I will definitely be staying at a Fairfield Inn on my next destination! 」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」
