Place is in a sorry condition, as soon as you hit the stairs you notice a weird stench, the building is old, I can hear the neighbors every time they walk around or flush the toilet. We stayed here for one night, to break up our journey from Bourne to Calais, and it was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open, however the hotel is close to Semur-en-Axios centre.
