We found the room a little small overall for something that was higher priced than normal, and it was tricky to move along the side of the bed on the window side, and although it was great that the bathroom was en-suite, it was so tiny and a bit too near the bed. 「Spent one night here as a solo traveller. I was expecting a basic room, which would have been fine. But, I do expect the amenities to work. The shower head wouldn’t stay up and as the cubicle was so small it was also impossible to shower especially as I kept burning my arm on the shower mains due to the size. 「We loved this Hotel. It’s a little quirky as it was a very old building so narrow halls with different sized ceilings and spiral staircases. But we loved it as it was close to everything and the rooms were spotless and well maintained, the ceilings high in the rooms and the staff was amazing. 5 star hospitality for a lovely and interesting 3 star hotel.」
