「可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃，三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店」

「We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. 「房間整體感覺非常好，在市中心，有車站接送，本來預定了3天不可取消的3人房，因為飛香港班機取消，導致整個旅程延誤兩天，只能住一天，真是大虧，但酒店的貼心服務及豐富的早餐，大大減低了這種感覺，退房時櫃台主動退了20元的城市稅，更是覺得窩心，下次有機會會再入住！」

「Beautiful stay in a very special location. One thing they don't make clear (or else I missed it!) is that your funicular ticket to get to and from the hotel is included, so you need to tell them at the ticket window at the bottom of the slope that you are staying in the hotel. My only criticisms are the uncomfortable blocky foam sofa in the room and lack of tea/coffee making in room. 「Établissement incroyable qui donne sur la place principale avec une très belle architecture et un confort digne d’un palace. Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. 」
