「Everything was good and we had no issues. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive. Location was fantastic. My only comment I have is about the shower in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom with everything you need except as in the European way there is no shower on the wall just a handheld shower head by the beautiful tub. Even a half enclosure. But for North Americans a bit of a challenge. You have to sit in the tub to used the shower head. Otherwise great.」

「Depending on who you talk to - staff would be very helpful, or not particularly helpful. Room quality and size is a hit and miss. If you have the right room, you will have wonderful views. Restaurant staff very helpful. Food average, with prices OK for food. Overall - the property is woefully overpriced for what it returns. Caters mostly to American and British customer.」

「排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴」

「Petit déjeuner copieux mais machines à boissons chaudes souvent en panne. Commerces à proximité mais centre ville pas proche si on n'est pas en grande forme physique. Peu de place pour se garer en ville. Pas beaucoup d'activités à part le billard. Piscine extérieure mais aucun bain à remous. Pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans les chambres, juste un petit frigo, c'est déjà ça. Ménage pas bien fait, lits mal faits étalement mais personnel gentil. 」

「The ocean view is blocked by trees if that is what you are looking for. Parking has a fee, is 3 blocks away and very difficult. The hotel looks better on the common areas, but the rooms are not as well mantained. I would pick a different place next time as there are plenty options in the area.」
