「This old 1880s era manor is absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to stay in a place with such history and character. Proprietors Tim and Jennifer were amazing. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful, bed was nice, huge bathroom (Peace Suite). Close to historic downtown Dundee but far enough away to be in rural paradise. 100% recommend. Will be back」

「So, in honesty, I booked this not knowing it was a bed and breakfast… BUT it turned out to be wonderful. It is called “The Sanctuary” for good reason. Dora and Ed are wonder hosts who definitely went above and beyond for our meager overnight stay. The room was clean, the property was so peaceful. Helped my wife and I start out with a slow relaxing morning before making our way to downtown Detroit. Can’t recommend this enough to people who don’t mind a bed and breakfast. If/when we come back to...

「Amenities one would expect in a 5 star hotel. From the comfortable robes to the lovely sheets to the fluffy towels...everything was perfect. The breakfast was amazing, Chris being not only an accomplished cook but an interesting conversationalist.」
