"Everything was adequate - our rooms air conditioning was not working and it was an 85 degree day- Tony moved us to another room with working air conditioner - much appreciated. The mark Twain diner across the street was a great place for dinner "

"The hotel is in need of a major renovation, and a deep, deep clean. When issues were brought up with the housekeeping manager, she was very apologetic and kind, however not all the issues were fixed (dried urine at the base of the toilet, fecal matter caked to the toilet bowl). The room just felt dirty. The pool area stunk, the lobby bar was vacant, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, the shower curtain rod was falling off, the shower curtain itself was stained and gross. I will not be staying here again. "

"Our room wasn’t even clean there was crumbs on the bed when we walked into our room at 1030 at night after checking in . The toilet paper wasn’t even changed bedding was stained so you could tell the room wasn’t even cleaned when we go back I will never stay here again I’m so disappointed and I love Baymonts I have another trip in April and I’m staying in a baymount then and I’m thinking of canceling that hotel due to this stay "

"There were people outside our room talking very loudly for hours. I did not feel safe at this place. "

"Breakfast was *chef’s kiss* exquisite. Bed was very comfortable and the AC in the room was solid. I slept like a rock. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean and up to date. I docked a couple stars for cleanliness as there were a couple chips (looked like Doritos) still on the floor when we first got in, but I could also see how they could be missed. Not a huge deal. Found a moderate-sized wad of long brown hair hiding in one of the pillow cases and some small stains on the sheets. Amenities could be better. Pool is under construction and they no longer have a hot tub. Not a big deal for one night’s stay for a work trip, but had it been longer I would’ve had to look elsewhere. Overall it was good."

"Very clean with friendly staff and a very reasonable price. We’ve spent a lot more on hotels that didn’t come close to this one in cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. "
