「In the middle of a long distance road trip, my wife and I suffered an engine failure. Long story short, we checked into the hotel around 11pm. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. In the morning, the staffers helped us get reorganized and back on the road. We were treated like family. I am sad to say that while our room was lovely, it was not ready for guests. We found dirty bedsheets and small trashy items behind the furniture and around the room. It made for an uncomfortable night…」

「We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. On the one side of the porch was some kind of pet house with heat lamps in front of it, possibly for feral cats? On the other side of the porch were 3 chairs,...

「Clean, comfortable, good value. Staff was five-star. However, I could not get access the internet using either my smart phone or laptop using the hotel WiFi portal. I could connect to the server, but it was not connected to the internet.」

「The owners of the hotel have renovated portions of the hotel. The rooms are are large, but lack any real decor or comfort. The mattresses and bedding appeared newer and clean. Not many of the outlets around the room worked. The walls do not insulate sound well and you can hear the televisions of rooms connecting to your room. There is an elevator, but it does not access the floors where there are rooms. The "breakfast" consisted of a carelessly presented microwaved sausage patties, egg...

「The bed was very comfortable.The room was nice and cold like I like. The managers were amazing. I forgot to tell them no maid service. When we got back to the room, it had fresh towels. I'm not very trusting of hotel personnel because of past theft. So normally I do not want maid service. However, bottom line, it was a comfortable stay. I loved hearing the train. The only con is there was a broke down pickup truck in front of our room. :(」
