Sand covered floor...strangly they provide you a broom and dust pan to clean the floor yourself.I stayed one night and befriended the owner, he seemed like a good guy, I expressed interest in stay another night, he asked if i pay him directly rather than me using expedia, he said he has to wait for expedia to disperse the money.
