The Hotel was in nice location near the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean, Parking was expensive and you can't leave and then come back on your own or you pay additional. Room was ok. Nothing special. A bit small. shower wasn't great and leaked water on floor. There was very little soap and no wash cloths. We had to ask for extra pillows. Only had 2 on bed when we checked in. Not sure if it's cultural thing but they had sheet on mattress that wasn't fitted sheet. A/C worked good.

Only book this place if absolutely nothing else is available. The only thing that it has going for it is the close location near Gonzaga beach. No hand towels are provided. The wifi is terrible. The pillows were so bad that we had to go to a store and buy replacements. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. The TV remote for the tiny TV barely worked. We had to buy soap because the supplied soap bars were barely usable. The tail light of my car was ripped off somehow in the paid valet parking lot. The hotel looks nice on the outside and appears like it would be a great place to stay. This is a quintessential example of a hotel brand that does not care about their product. Needless to say, I will not be back.

Uma porta que nao abria

Ficamos em um quarto no sétimo andar que apresentou problemas na fechadura por duas vezes . Foi bem desconfortavel a situação mas os funcionarios Marcelo e Surian na 1. Vez e na manha o funcionario tb. Todos nos deram toda atenção e fizeram de tudo para resolver o problema.

Atendimento na média, os recepcionistas foram atenciosos. Porém o hotel está antigo e mal cuidado, banheiro horrível, quarto escuro, banheiro escuro também, limpeza a desejar, colchão e travesseiros horríveis, batentes das portas dos quartos podres. Decepcionou.
