Close to arena for ASU graduation. Two graduated on the same day but different ceremonies. Walked over for first. Returned to hotel for lunch. Walked over for second. The manager and person checking us in lack kindness. The hotel is beautiful and the person who creates the breakfast buffet was lovely. Maybe talk to those at the front desk about treating their guests like guests!
