「A great room with wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. All rooms are small in the village, but the village is one of the 2 best places in cinque terra. Lots of exercise because of the stairs. No breakfast, but the village has plenty of restaurants」

「Host is very caring and provides a lot of information about the city including dining and transport. 」

「There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and...

「Otroligt vackert boende med fantastiskt läge」

「We lost one whole hour because they sent us to a different location. At the end, after a lot of insisting on our part, they gave us the address we booked but a different, much smaller room. 😡」

「酒店的位置需要拿行李爬坡，但是员工比较友好，可以联系提前来火车站接」

「An absolutely gorgeous guest house with amazing owners and staff who were knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. The room was top tier in both cleanliness and general aesthetic. Definitely worth visiting again for Biassa, the surrounding towns, and of course Pietra di Mare.」

「You need to contact hotel through WhatsApp for check in Or there is no response. The key for the room is in lockbox at top of the stairs. Once inside, the view is amazing. Worth every penny and all the stairs. There are no beach towels or bag. Everything is an additional charge- drip coffee, water. Expresso costs the same downstairs in town. For those with bad knees or have trouble with stairs, do not recommend. There are about 70 stairs. Overall, it was very pleasant and air conditioned.」

「This is a scam, they did not provided any information prior to checkin and address 9/20 via Agenstino does not exists. Locals couldn't find either. Expedia team tries to reach out but they weren't able to contact the owner and we were left on the streets in 3rd County. NOW We need to fight for refund with Expedia. PLEASE STAY AWAY」
