「The front desk did not relay a lot of information when we got to the hotel. We did not know to make a reservation at soon as we got there. Not a good description of how to access lunch, and was not told needed swim caps for pool. This could be the custom, but we are not used to it and so we didn’t know.」

The only thing I found difficult was not having a key to the room or hotel..an electronic code is required to enter the room and you use an internet connection to open the door to the lobby. If you don't have a smart phone it is problematic, especially if you have no internet connection. The hotel was excellent apart from this.」

The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! The location of this place is also convenient, for both driving or not driving there as there is a 24hr security Carpark nearby...

「Our stay at Villa Lampedusa Hotel & Residence was perfectly fine and actually better than we expected. We chose it because of its convenient location near the airport for the last night of a long trip, and it served that purpose well. 「Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far. Would recommend for...
