「Ho soggiornato in questo B&B per tre notti a Palermo. Fin dal primo giorno avevo spiegato che uscivo ogni mattina alle 7:30, prima dell’orario della colazione (8:00), chiedendo cortesemente se fosse possibile avere uno yogurt e una merendina da lasciare in camera. Mi era stato assicurato di sì, ma per tutti e tre i giorni non ho trovato nulla. Inoltre, gli asciugamani non sono mai stati cambiati: nella struttura è indicato il cambio ogni due giorni, ma io ho trovato gli stessi asciugamani dal...

「Fais attention il est écrit qu’il y a du stationnement de disponible et ce n’est pas vrai. De plus, difficile d’entrer dans la chambre puisqu’il manquait une information très importante lors de notre arrivé. Nous avions le numéro de l’étage et le numéro du corridor appartement mais pas le numéro de la chambre. Après un long voyage Canada-Sicile avoir de la difficulté à entrer est très désagréable. Difficile de communiquer avec eux pour résoudre et aucune excuses de leur part.」

Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. C’est vraiment un plus pour l’hébergement qui est bien situé dans Palerme. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse. 」

「Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant....

「The room is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious in stylish & cozy design. The pillows & bed are comfy like home! The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! He gave us all good advices on fantastic tourist attractions and restaurants. The location of this place is also convenient, for both driving or not driving there as there is a 24hr security Carpark nearby...
