"We ordered a roll away before the trip but when we arrived they said there was none. I paid 50 dollars for the roll away. I called front desk several times to find out why the roll away had not been delivered, finally he told me they have none. It was very noisy with young guest staying at the hotel. Breakfast was ok."

"Room was clean, staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast. It was good though, hot and fresh. There were plenty of shops nearby to stop at. "

"We had hair behind the door in the bathroom. Then when we pulled back the blankets of our bed there was a wad of hair, hole in the sheet and something dried on the flat sheet. When my husband took a shower his towel had a large worn hole in it. At check in i was informed that the $60 deposit per room was cash only"

"First room they gave us a key to was dirty with beds unmade and trash in the room. Second room was better, but bathroom was filthy- hair in the sink and tub with dirty door (dirty handprints on inside and outside of door) and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned in probably 3 months or better. Had it not been 10:30 at night we would have likely gone elsewhere. Have a good experiences with Baymont Suites in the past but very disappointed this time. "

"The best part of this property is the staff. However, we won't ever stay here again unless it's mid-week because of the proximity to the outlet mall as well as the Flea Market. The hotel was packed. The pool is tiny just in case you might want to use it. We didn't. Also, the pool is right by the elevator and the floor stayed wet. There were lots of loud preteens running around. We are seniors and will choose a bit pricier property next time and maybe it will be quieter. The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and the carpet looked dingy. The property needs some updates."

"Room had a dirty towel left in the bathroom and the room smelled bad. Breakfast was horrible, will not stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inn hotels and they are usually nice but not this one. "
