There is nothing anyone can possibly say negative about this property. From the moment of arrival it was exclusivity and luxury at its finest. The Palace Hotel had great staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only unusual aspect was you had to go downstairs to iron your clothes but that seems to be the norm in Italian hotels .
