「Room very clean ,the owner very friendly and helpfull Peacefull 」

「The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon.」

「セルフチェックインが上手くいかず手こずりました。電話にて対応してもらえましたが海外からの観光客の場合、高額な電話代が予想されます…新しいシステムにホテルのスタッフも対応しきれていない印象でした。その他については文句のつけどころは何もありません。これほど清潔さを感じるホテルはなかなかありません。」

「チェックインから全てセルフで、スタッフの方は一度もお見かけしませんでしたが、全く問題なく、全体的に清潔で、駅前、スーパー隣で、とても便利ないいホテルでした。コーヒーはいつでも無料、朝食も無料で、1人旅でも利用しやすいと思います。時間があればアウトレットまで行くことも可能。また利用したいです。」

「A bit far away from Vaduz, generally 4-16℃, nice staff, fair breakfast, expensive dinner buffet, amazing view for mountain top, suitable for outdoor activities eg. Hiking, biking.」

「The most uncomfortable accommodations but inexpensive Appenzell you can’t be picky if you’re on a budget. The room, including the en suite bathroom is no bigger than a standard American bathroom, airless, windowless, and claustrophobic. We did not sleep, no air quality controls. However, the establishment is charming, the breakfast was ample and the staff is ultra kind and the hotel\restaurant is a five minute walk from the train station and superbly located- loved Appenzell and the surrounding...

「Would love to try the main building as Hotel Weissbad next time. This time we stay with Weissbad Lodge in an attic room. The lobby is new and self served. The interior of the attic room though spacious however looks old and dirty with the choice of the floor wood and the lighting. Won’t choose the Lodge next time. But the receptionist in Hotel Wiessbad ( check in here though I stay at the lodge) was very helpful and friendly. Clear instructions and good advice on the tourist spots. 」
