「從一訂到飯店後就收到飯店的來信跟我們確認到達時間，雖然我們的火車有延誤，但飯店還是有派人到車站接我們，房間內的設備很完善，還有按摩浴缸使用，到凌晨四點隔壁的餐廳都還放著音樂，但完全不影響住宿睡眠，床很舒適，早餐的樣式雖不多，但服務人員很有禮貌，還有新鮮現打果汁，可邊吃邊欣賞外面的街景, 很值得住宿。」

「I had an excellent stay at NaturaLodge. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready with helpful advice about the area. The showers were reliably hot and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for getting work done on my laptop. I also loved the tucked away location with stunning rooftop views overlooking the town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. It was a 10/10 experience!!」

「地點很好，在火車站旁邊。沒有預約接送就來車站接客人了，非常受寵若驚。清潔人員很友善，雖然英文不好，但是感受到認真與熱情。晚上肚子餓了，我們買了泡麵，還幫我們拿去廚房煮。整體覺得值得。 i like here ,is really good place and easy to go anywhere. There are so nice.iI love it.」

「Super convenient to visit Machu Picchu. We had very early departures both days and they provided box breakfast the night before so we could take them with us. They also stored our luggage on our departure day while we did our hike. Super helpful and friendly, good value, clean room. Highly recommend. 」
