On my last day, I raised my concerns calmly, but the management responded in a very unprofessional way, including disrespectful comments. The situation became very stressful. The swimming pool was often crowded with outside visitors, with not enough sunbeds for hotel guests. I was told sunbeds needed to be reserved in advance, but this was not clearly stated anywhere.
