「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「Liked how it was located between Palm beach and Eagle beach. Walkable each way. Dislikes: Room generally clean but I found an old contact lens on the floor in the bathroom One or the knives had breadcrumbs on it I booked my room to be ocean view and my view was the vacation center; basically resort view. You can only see peeks of the water from the sides. When i spoke with the front desk staff, they explained the entire resort is “ocean-view” and that there was no more availability to switch...

「Very pretty/ friendly/ spacious/ clean property. It’s not on the beach but they bus you back and forth. Walkable to great restaurants. The furniture is old in the rooms but functions well. Mattress was very good ( not old). The 2 pools and pool bar are very nice. Very good restaurant onsite. They opened a market/spa onsite. My husband and I had couples massages. I would recommend.」

From our check in with Brandon who always treated you with a smile and so cheerful to all the staff, every time you walk in they all greet you with smiles and asking what can they do to make your stay better. There was Andrew and O’Neil, all the wonderful staff at Ike’s bistro, and Josh the beach attendant and so many more that I can’t remember everyones name but believe me not...
