"We had a good experience with the Sahara in March of 2026. The hot water was hot quickly and did not run out. The beds were wonderful. The air conditioning worked well. Room service was prompt. Parking was free and readily available. The biggest letdown is that the Alexandria Tower swimming pool was closed the week that we visited."

"The check in is a little impersonal. The check in staff says use the kiosk and weren't helpful when we weren't quite sure what to do. Not the best casino if you aren't a smoker. The room was good and clean with comfortable beds. Elite ride transfer and tram between hotels are helpful. "
