「Room was a bit small but beautifully equipped in a wonderfully located hotel. The common spaces were elegant & the hotel hit all the right notes. Would highly recommend it to all travelers. 」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .」

「The Hotel is clean and conveniently located. Considerably near the Rossio Train Station to Sintra, Metro station to Airport and bus station to Torre de Belem and Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. The staff are polite and helpful. She provided me useful information on tourists spots and recommended us to have dinner at the Chu Chu Restaurant nearby where the grilled fish is delicious and valued for money.」

「I stayed at Tivoli the night before I flew out from Lisbon. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Oriente station, estimate 15 minutes train ride to the airport. There is also a mall nearby if you’d like to do some shopping. If you need to get to the city center, it’s about half an hour metro ride or take the train to Santa Apolonial around 10 minutes (train runs less frequently compared to metro). The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. They had my room...

「A very nice place to stay and walk around. The room is a little bit small, but it’s fine for me. The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful! Also, they have very nice breakfast! I will want to come again if I fly to Lisboa! Stay there was definitely a lovely “memory.”」
