"Good budget hotel near disney"

"Résidence Hèrmes is truly a good choice for on-a-budget travel to Paris. Here are some positive and negative notes: Positive - The RER station was incredibly close, around 6-7 minutes walking. With the navigo decouverte weekly card, it was super easy to use all the transportation to get to wherever we wanted, and it was never more than 1 hour-1 hour 15 mins to get anywhere (including Disneyland). Just note that the station nearby (Les Saules) stops service early in the night. - The place was very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were all in a perfect state, no bad smells nor stains. - The area around was very quiet and calm. It did get pretty dark at night, like there is few lights on the streets, but you still feel safe. Negative - We did not receive the instructions prior to our arrival, so we had to contact the manager once we got there since we rang the bell and had no answer. Nonetheless, he was really helpful and quick to answer too, so that is something good about the property. - There is a weird noise done by the pipes when water is turned on. So one night one of the other guests showered at like 4 am, and it woke me up and kept me up for like 40mins… I guess if you are not a light sleeper it won’t bother you, and also there are minimum chances someone would shower so early while you are there; I just had bad luck. It’s understandable for this not to be resolved easily because piping in houses is complex. - We wish they would give daily pods for coffee."

"Staff & room were great with 24 hr front desk service! The area was nice in the suburbs and close to a few restaurants & take out. Also a small local grocer was within a 5 minute walk and the bus to Disneyland was right around the corner. My only complaint was that another customer in the building smoked on the balcony outside and it wafted through my window and stunk up my room a little. Room was very small, but in good condition and I slept great in the bed!"

"Stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always a pleasant experience. Immediately next door to the RER A Station so convenient, only small downside is railway noise. Our room was incredibly warm the first night, but we spoke to the front desk to request the A/C be switched on, they advised it was centrally managed but they would contact head office and request. The next night the A/C was on and the room was far more comfortable and we slept great. Appreciate the assistance from the staff. Thanks!"
