"Our room was ready and clean when we arrived. Most of the hotel clerks were pleasant and most helpful. We did have to make a change w/one of our days we planned to stay at this hotel but was able to make that change after obtaining the contact info so we could go thru the website we initially booked our rooms thru. The clerk was helpful in dealing w/us."
