「Very nice hotel to stay in will stay again clean, friendly, and helpful.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」

「The place was in a very convenient location off of I-20, modern, clean, room smelled fresh, no issues. front desk staff were friendly and helpful. great stay and highly recommend. we were there for 2 nights.」

「It was okay」

「The rooms were pretty decent and I love the breakfast bar」

「Good!」

「We were there for 3 days. We did not get any room service. We had to ask for coffee, cups, and creamer. We also did not get trash removed from the room. We also thought that the prices for breakfast items were too expensive.」

「one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each」

「Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left.」
