The staff was polite. However, they were not staffed to keep up with a holiday weekend. They did make a good effort. There were no towels, housekeeping services must be requested between 6am-9am and are not provided after 1pm. The fitness space was in poor condition, I had to troubleshoot the treadmill to use it, the other equipment was broken. The pool was very small. The key cards were not working on the pool entrance, so you had to walk around the outside to the main entrance.

The property itself was very convenient to and from our destination. The room was clean; however, very noisy from the fan vents and the shower curtain had a mildew smell and need to be replaced.

Great staff. The breakfast was properly prepared and there was plenty of it. The room was very clean, and the beds were made with clean sheets. The only problem I had and I consider a minor, was that the cleaning staff had forgotten to leave towels in the room. When we returned from our trip to the ocean, there was no towels. I went to the front desk and they gave us some towels. So not a big deal. I would recommend this hotel.

It was a rough start, When we checked in the tv in our room wouldn't work so they gave us 2nd room and that tv didn't work. So they gave us a 3rd room which was an upgrade and that tv worked. After we got that worked out our stay was great

The property was nice with many parking places. The ladies at the check in were very efficient and pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was goodm however the attendant made a big to do over the milk. I tried to explain it was out and he turned it almost upside down and a tad of milk came out. He put it back in the fridge. Do not know if he ever refilled it not- other than that, everything else was nice.
