「Thank you reception Rama and Aya for their big hands for arranging the transport and your trip. We have happy time in Tunis. Roof top bar with live music is perfect . The restaurant provide super yummy foods and the serving waiters are friendly and helpful. All the chefs in the open kitchen always have happy smiles smiles with us.」
「The reception lady always with a poker face and very arrogant. The room was not clean, especially the bed sheet was very dirty.
The room service call can never been connected,
nobody was answering the call. 」
「In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well.
Reception people attitude not good and not helpful.
There are many many ants in room.
