Overall the place is not bad at all but in my opinion its over rated regarding the price The location is fine near to city center The room was clean except i found some hair on the bathroom floor and the room floor other The shower is nice but there was only one holeder which it should be a soap or shampoo or both mixed i dont know No fridge no mini bar no snacks only water coffee and tea Check in was smoth

I had a very good stay. Mr Waleed front desk Mgr was the best. very helpful, polite, cool, wonderful & friendly. I had a problem with my room condition, Mr Waleed fixed it. I don't have enough words to thank him.Mr Waleed is gorgeous. I always asked him to book/ order taxi. I really trust him a lot. he is trust worthy person with lots of good manners & always smile. Mr Abdurazaq M hotel manager was very helpful. He did help me for doctor appointment, I had leg pain. thanking Him & Mr Waleed for all their help. God bless their hearts. Khan

Nous venions régulièrement dans cette hôtel, mais malheureusement, nous constatons un certain laissé aller dans l’entretien du bâtiment. Plusieurs équipements étaient défectueux ( lampe de chevet, pommeau de douche pluie, port de salle de bain se fermant très difficilement). Le ménage avait également était fait à la va vite.

Horrible - Froid et aucun chauffage

Bonjour, L’expérience était horrible et cet hôtel n’est pas digne de l’être du moins pas au descriptif qui est sur la plateforme hôtel.com. Malgré le froid et des nuits glaciales, le personnel a refusé d’allumer la climatisation chaude en indiquant que toutes les chambres sont dépourvues de chauffage mais qu’une couverture supplémentaire suffirait! J’étais avec ma mère et je peux vous assurer qu’on s’habillait double et qu’on évitait de quitter le lit sauf et la couverture sauf pour sortir hors l’hôtel. Pour le prix payé … cet hôtel est une arnaque totale. C’est ma première déception sur une réservation sur hôtel.com et Je suis une cliente depuis plusieurs années! Un séjour d’une semaine horrible… ma seule satisfaction est que Tunis est jolie hors cet hôtel.
