The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made my stay truly pleasant. Even before my arrival, they sent me a warm welcome message via email, and despite my sending several inquiries regarding my stay, they always responded with kindness and never once showed any sign of inconvenience. This positive impression continued throughout my stay. I believe it's rare to find people as courteous and respectful as the Japanese staff working at this hotel, anywhere else in the world. It was truly the best accommodation experience I've ever had.

We arrived at the hotel with great excitement because we had made a reservation through Expedia, and the photos showed a beautiful room, a nice pool, and a well-maintained building. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The building is in deplorable condition, with very dirty windows throughout the lobby, which creates a terrible first impression. On top of that, we waited 30 minutes at reception before anyone showed up to check us in. The elevator carpets are the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, and the pool is not on-site — you have to walk 700 meters to another hotel under unbearable heat and humidity. To be fair, the staff was kind, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t return.

This was the low budget option among a larger hotel chain. Therefore, they did offer us free access to the pool of the nicer facility and free parking at a great snorkeling beach. They did not prepare enough towels or sheets, and there was only a worker on call since it was after 8pm, so I didn’t bother with asking that night but they were happy to give us extra the next day. The fridge wasn’t very cold but the view on the balcony was nice. It was adequate for our family of four. There was a very small kitchen area that we were able to use for breakfast.

Accomodation was very affordable, great location for restaurants and swimming spots, the staff were helpful. The hotel does not have a pool but you have access to the pool of nearby hotels. Room layout was a little different with a top level that didn’t provide much use. We did enjoy the tatami sleeping. A few things that would really improve the accommodation: fly screens for the balcony. It was such a shame that we couldn’t have the doors open, especially when the climate outside was so pleasant. It would have been nice to hear the ocean at night, instead we had the doors shut and the aircon on. And bigger cups!! The hotel was not able to provide bigger cups for us, and the ones in the room wouldn’t have held more than 150ml.

Staying here was like staying in a college dorm room that has an efficient kitchen to cook a little in and million dollar balcony view. If you aren’t too picky about room features and overall wear and tear, it would be hard to beat the value here.
Good snorkeling all over this island and just 50 yard from our building.
Heart Rock at low tide and there is a pretty good Italian pizza joint to walk to

Villa Brisa is a very old apartment hotel, better suited for longer stays. There is not really a good connection except the resort bus and a car/taxi. You can use many of the other hotel pools and amenities from Shiraga resort which spans the whole coast.

Terrible stay

This hotel is very dirty. It actually stinks. The elevators smell so bad. The staff leave garbage bag's in the open next to the elevator all day. There is no pool or facilities in the hotel. No beach nearby. On the plus side it was very cheap.

値段、受付スタッフの対応、立地条件は大変満足できるものでした。またバルコニーからの景色は大変綺麗だったので最高でした。 アパートメントホテルスタイルなので、オーブンレンジ、トースター、各種キッチン用品も充実していたので朝食など自分たちで準備できたのも大変満足できました。 受付スタッフの方の対応は素早く丁寧だった点も良かったと思いますし、不満を感じることはありませんでした。忙しいにも関わらず、丁寧に説明する姿勢に感謝しています。 不満を感じるポイントはシャワールームがカビだらけだったことです。海辺の近くのこともあり、仕方がないと思いますが、カビに関しては残念でした。
