ここはホテルじゃなく、GUESTHOUSEという認識で宿泊しました。 また宮古島に来るときはよろしくお願いします。 私がレンタカーを借りて島内見物する予定でいたら、先に宿泊していた方も一緒に行きたいとのことで、一緒に行ってきました。そういうコミュニケーションがあるのがいい所じゃあないでしょうか。 その彼曰く、私が大家さんと普通に会話をしていて、 宮古島にどうして住んでいて、ゲストハウスをやっているのか聞いたら、すごい情報聞き出せましたねと一言、こちらは会話をしただけのつもりなんです。 面と向かった時は不平不満を抱え込み、 後で不平不満を発散する事が出来る世の中ですが、 まずは一言二言思いを話してみたらどうでしょうか。 旅が二倍楽しくなります。

HPに載せているリビングとキッチンはオーナーさん家族しか使えないエリアとなり、ゲストは一切使えないです... 利用できるのは2階の狭い部屋です。 ベッドも湿気っているし、絨毯も汚れていて、窓も雨が漏れて、冷蔵庫も冷えない、エアコンもあまり効かないです… 部屋のクロゼットにオーナーさんの荷物いっぱい入って、使えない… こんなひどい宿は初めてで、もう二度と利用しないです。 とても残念だと思います。

部屋はオシャレ、シャワーはベランダです！

場所はナビがないといけない所です。 部屋はオシャレでした。冷蔵庫 TVも部屋についていてよかったです。 台風時に宿泊しましたが、駐車場は遠いし、シャワーは一旦外のベランダに出ないといけないので一度濡れて出て、濡れて帰る手順です。オーナーは優しいYOUでした。

Toilet and shower room have to be shared.

Shower room is outside tiny and small. Also only one toilet and shower has to share with 4other group of guests which is capa over. And parking is a bit far from the guesthouse. Also room and bed were too small. Not recommended for family and couple.

我们去到已晚上九时才整理床铺及准备毛巾等用品。要与其他房客共用洗面盆(牙膏及牙刷要自备)厕所，浴室。而浴室与厕所有十几呎距离对行动不便者感觉困扰。

親切・丁寧・リーズナブル

自分が想像していたゲストハウスとは違っていたので最初は少しびっくりしましたが，オーナー家族の対応がとても丁寧で、雰囲気がとても良かったです。

湯沸かしポットは中に酢のようなものが入っており(恐らく古い水が腐っていた)手入れされておらず、使えなかった。深夜に大きな物音がして寝れなかった。壁が薄いので隣室の話し声やいびきが聞こえる。数回エアコン、テレビ、WiFiが切れた。

この価格で宿泊出来て満足です。 トイレ、シャワーは共有ですが、そこを気にしなければ問題ありません。数万円もする高級ホテルに宿泊するよりは、こちらのゲストハウスに宿泊し、その分回数多く宮古島に旅行に行けますので、価値観の違いはありますが、私は後者をチョイスします。 航空運賃と宿泊代金を節約すると年間、数回行けます。

Absolutely great place

오 정말,, 이건 아니에요. 체크인 하러 4시에 갔더니 한참을 기다려도 호스트는 집에 없고, 나중에 다른 투숙객한테서야 바다에 놀러갔다는 걸 들었네요. 그분이 호스트한테 연락해서 겨우 5시에야 체크아웃했는데, 처음 한 말이 여기는 섬이라 이런 일도 있다는 말을 들었어요. 나중에 사과는 했지만, 글쎄요. 조금 화났어요. 방은 솔직히 잘 관리되어있다는 느낌은 못받았어요. 게스트하우스치고는 괜찮은 편이겠죠. 샤워시설은 매우 불편했습니다. 정말 불편해요. 거의 고장난 거나 마찬가지고, 청소는 아예 안되어있습니다. 특히 정말 화났던 건 커피포트. 차라도 끓여마시려고 열어봤는데 혹시 불안해서 내부를 봤더니 무슨 기름 때 같은 게 둥둥 떠다니고 있더라고요. 체크아웃 할 시간 되서 나가는데 그때도 얼굴도 못보고 나갔습니다. 정말 별로에요. 이 숙소에서 숙박한 게 정말 큰 실수였고 여행의 질이 정말 나빠졌습니다.

外国人夫婦が経営する民泊

繁華街まで車で5分程度。無料駐車場が徒歩1〜2分の所にあります。オーナーは階下に住んでおられ、2階の3部屋とリビングが客人用になっておりトイレ、洗面、電子レンジ湯沸かしポット食器等があります。ベランダを出た所にシャワー室があります。玄関は出入り自由です。

Niedliches Gasthaus mit insgesamt 4 Zimmern, wobei sich alle eine Toilette und eine Dusche teilen (was aber garnicht schlimm war). Die Vermieterin Veronika wohnt mit ihrem Sohn im EG und die Zimmer befinden sich im 1.OG. Unser Zimmer war einfach eingerichtet aber voll ausreichend für unsere Woche auf Miakojima. Wer Lust hat, kann für 1000 JPY pro Person ein Frühstück bei Veronika am Tag vorher bestellen. Sehr lecker. Wir haben das zweimal gemacht, die restlichen Tage haben wir im Family Mart (nimmt den in der Innenstadt, der hat als einziger eine frische Backwarentheke) gefrühstückt. Das Restaurant Tanto können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen, um Abends lecker Essen zu gehen. Wer gerne ein 500g Sirloin Steak haben möchte, dem können wir das Restaurant / die Bar SuperStar empfehlen (inkl. Hula-Tanz Vorstellung).

初宮古島

宿の予約する時期が少し遅く６泊ともなるとなかなか同じ宿であいてる所が無くここにたどり着きました。子供と一緒にシングルベッドルームに泊まりました。まだまだ子供１人でベッドを占領するような年齢ではないので金銭面的にもとても助かりました。グーグルマップでマンゴー検索できず心配になりつつも住所検索で何とか無事たどり着けました。駐車場もすぐそばで良かったです。子供が頭部打撲した時も氷いただいたり等とても良くして下さりました。テラス(共有部)が開放的で広く使えたので良かったです。シャワーがシャワーボックスだったので６泊中１回は温泉に行きました。滞在中いろんな方が入れ替わり立ち代り、常に満室だったのではないでしょうか。旅行の際はいつも素泊まり旅をしていますのがおしゃれな洋風の宿でした。また機会があればお世話になりたいです。

ヨーロッパ風のゲストハウス

静かで過ごしやすかったです。家具が綺麗。 フリースペースが大きくて居心地が良かったです。 外国人の気さくなオーナーでした。 気分はまるでヨーロッパに居るみたいでした。 とてもオススメします。皆さんも是非泊まってみて下さい！
