"I was very disappointed with my experience. While I have stayed at many Hilton locations around the world and have always had positive experiences, this one did not meet expectations. Communication was extremely challenging as no staff members spoke English, and instead of trying to help, one staff member argued with me. The team appeared under-trained and the overall service felt unprofessional."

"Room 808 had great view, staff were helpful with written English translation of key hotel information, breakfast buffet wide choice with many local foods and a greeter who went out of his way to help us. Our stay was relaxing with a distinct island vibe like in Hawaii. Good value for the price. We will definitely return."

"Stayed in junior sweet for 5nights. The hotel staffs are all kind. The breakfast was awesome. The location was also great. Close to Miyako airport , you can walk to bars and restaurants.highly recommended "

"My wife and I stayed two nights. Easy check-in with the staff person at 4:00 p.m. (good communication from the staff a few days before we arrived). Self parking on the street level. Basic room (no view), but it comes with a washer / dryer (with detergent!), which was wonderful after a few hours swimming at the beach and sightseeing. Miyako is quite hot and humid, so it was very nice to wash our clothes after being out. Three blocks to the downtown area, where one can find numerous restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops."
