「Room is clean, and quite large. Staff is friendly and helpful.」

「We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. We also like how they stock plenty of welcome drinks and snacks in room to give us coziness to wind down in the cool weather.」

「Great pub hotel, delicious food and spacious rooms. Dog friendly, which is a bonus. Worth noting that it is not suitable for anyone who needs accessible rooms.」

「Staff were helpful, pleasant and friendly. Clean room and good breakfast.」

「Lovely hotel better than stopping in big chain groups, the more personal touch, nice clean rooms and great food in the restaurant」

「Room clean - Bed comfortable - staff excellent very pleasant. Bar excellent. Went to a wedding stayed over. A beautiful venue. Dont be put off by being on a main road. We never heard a thing. Gated Breakfast was delish. Wedding venue food excellent. Definitely 10 out 10. See you again. X」

「Bad experience would like to share when the manner of general manager was not good. Otherwise, the room did not provided refrigerator and the safe was out of order.」

「Room, staff and breakfast were great, but sadly would not stay again due to the noise. Bottle pick up loading empty bottles right outside our room at 5am, the noise was awful, and road pretty loud too.」

「Ok for a low-budget one night stopover.」

「Great hotel close to the hall if you’re staying for an event. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Nice touch being allowed late check out as no one else was booked in the room that day. Would stay again」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「Lovely welcome from the team on arrival. The room on the top floor was great, comfy bed, good sized room, fridge with fresh milk provided. Really tasty breakfast, available until 12pm which was a nice touch. Friendly place, nice bar and outside area」
