"On my way to Heilbronn I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled. When I got there the man told me they have issues with Expedia bookings and it was fully booked. However as I’d already paid I decided to wait around, and managed to get a room as someone didn’t turn up. Also someone in the next room was very loud all night but that was probably just a one-off. Overall the price was good and the service was alright once there, but I would highly recommend booking directly with them...

"When I stood before the same address, Pezzalottistr 5 in a neighbouring town ( my GPS mistake) and sent an email to the hotel, the person behind the desk reacted immediately, and guided me to the right place. "As a big chain hotel, we generally knew it was going to be a good familiar choice. We loved the surroundings and found the Bikini ART Museum attached to the hotel to fun addition. Lots of parking available as well as a gas station, variety store and restaurant. Check-in was a bit slow because we had to input our information into a tablet ourselves."

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "

"This hotel was booked as a stopover on our route back to UK. The hotel was in excellent condition, very clean, modern, with good facilities in the bedroom and in the hotel itself. We used the gym and bar. We had 2 rooms booked for our family of 4 and enjoyed the space each room provided. The staff on reception and in the bar were very friendly and the housekeeping staff were courteous and smiling. A great stopover"
