"Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers."

rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden."

"Das Hotel befindet sich in einer ruhigen, etwas abgelegenen Lage – ideal zum Entspannen. Beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei, und auch das Essen von der Speisekarte war sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen."
