"Our room had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned. There was trash on the floor in more than one place. This made us wonder what else wasn't clean. "

"I was charge $25 for a dirty sheet. I was told we left a sheet stain with mascara but we not even used make up during our stay. Addiitionally, when we arrived the recepcionist gave me hard time because my reservation was under my last name as my name and last name. I showed her the confirmation and made it difficult to help me check in. This was my second stay at the location bur for sure will not come back. I was looking into keeping reserving the property because I really liked it (location & pricing) but after this last stay I will not came back. "
