"Lovely spacious comfortable room. "

"As the advertising stated the property was "Luxurious Chalets." Upon arriving they were far from luxurious. Arriving for check in about ten10 minutes early, we stood around no one appeared. The surrounding grounds that were once beautiful but now very overgrown in in desperate need of maintenance. The cabins were very clean but very small, almost too small for 2 people. No where to store suitcases. All the basic requirements except clothes dryer. Very small screen and not a smart television. Car parking was the same very small carports not big enough for 2 large SUV's, I don't know what would happen if all units were full as there is not enough parking spaces. The cabin we were in was surrounded by large trees and had a very big tree branch sitting on top of the roof, so when the wind came up it was very noisy rubbing on top of the cabin, and also I might add quite dangerous if strong wind were to happen. Approx. 4 Klm's from Bright and restaurants, hotels etc. Access to the cabins were via an unmade path and quite a distance from the car park. "

"Didn’t use the a/c, parking was fine, unit was ok for an overnight stay, but bedroom cramped, the fly wire door was non existent, good quality kitchen appliances and items, TV and bedding fine, however NO side tables or even shelves beside the bed, or bed reading light. Didn’t get to meet any staff, don’t like the way this is trending in Parks and Motels."

"There was no staff at all for the whole 3 days of our visit which is very poor. We had to go across the road to some other holiday u its and he had to come and let us in with a door code to our room (hoping he had given us the correct room and not someone elses). The unit itself was quite good though"

"Hotel was clean and comfortable, I bit dated but this didn't hold back its comfort. Pet friendly, very welcoming and friendly staff. Ideally located almost at the base of Mount Bogong for my stay and no noise to complain about from other rooms. Car parks are a very tight squeeze though, I would park out on the road next time. "
