"Expected more from a Hilton property. Stayed here before and it was very nice. After an eight hour drive, a relaxing overnight was important. The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting very poor. The clock time was wrong and was locked so it couldn’t be changed. A young child in the room above was running and jumping around starting at 3:30 a.m. Got up at seven; needed a good shower to prepare for the upcoming eight hour drive and shake off an uncomfortable night. Hardly any water pressure. Was counting on using the normally provided lotion and didn’t have any in my overnight bag. No lotion! Just a large bottle of conditioner on the counter (also in the shower). We went to the breakfast room and both coffee urns were empty! The orange and cranberry juices from the machine had been watered down and looked like dishwater. No taste. The waffle, however, was very good. The only fresh fruit option was apples. For $140 overnight stay, we should have left refreshed for a long drive home. We chose this property for the convenience of location and ease of access. Will be rethinking our choice next time."

"Doorto the room would not shut unless slammed or locked. Safety issues. Breakfast was AWFUL. Food was cold and the breakfast area was disgusting. I asked for a receipt at checkout and the front desk lady was very unhelpful and had non stop excuses to why she couldn't give me one. I do NOT recommend this hotel and am rather disappointed in the over all experience here "
