「Good customer service 」

「This was actually the nicest and best hotel we stayed in during our 10 day road trip. It was a really nice size, with a king size bed, couch and desk area. Good size vanity area too. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was a buffet of all your favorite breakfast foods. 」

「Small hotel, quiet, clean, no amenities, good restaurant next door and a gas station next to the property as well. 」

「The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.」

「Room was clean, laundry whenever needed even on such a busy week, parking was easy, and above all the staff was EXCELLENT!!! Especially Julia, she made our stay very comfortable and carefree all week long」
